The Association Publishes a Book on Business Ethics

A new book titled “Business Ethics” has recently been released, authored by Dr. Abdulmohsen Al-Arefaj and Dr. Mohamed El-Gezawi, with the support of the Association. The book presents a comprehensive conceptual and practical framework that covers theories of business ethics and analytical models used in examining ethical dilemmas, enabling learners to make well-informed decisions in real professional situations.

It also introduces a framework for determining the ethicality of decisions from an Islamic perspective, drawing on the principles and values established by Islam in transactions and professional conduct. Moreover, the book highlights the system of business ethics both within and outside organizations, identifying what constitutes an “ethical organization” and outlining the organizational elements that should be adopted to strengthen ethical commitment.

A distinctive feature of the book is its inclusion of a set of real-life case studies focusing on business ethics in small and medium-sized enterprises. These cases are based on authentic practices collected and analyzed through a scientific methodology.

The book is available for order through Amazon.com, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting the Association.
