The Association invites researchers, including faculty members, postgraduate students, and others, to conduct scientific research on topics related to business ethics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This initiative aims to enrich knowledge and support various decisions that enhance ethical commitment in the private sector. The association offers a one-time financial grant of up to 10,000 SAR to researchers whose proposals are approved. The grant is disbursed after the Board of Directors approves the research proposal and once the researcher or research team fulfills the association’s requirements upon completion of the research.

Grant Eligibility Requirements
- Approval of the research proposal by the Board of Directors.
- The researcher must carry out the proposed study as submitted (any modifications must be pre-approved by the association upon the researcher’s formal request).
- The research results must be published in a peer-reviewed academic journal or presented at a recognized scientific conference.
- The researcher must acknowledge the association as the financial sponsor in the published paper and in any outputs resulting from the research.
- The research findings must be presented at a scientific meeting or workshop organized by the association, with the association covering the related expenses.
- The association must be granted the right to utilize the research findings for awareness, training, consulting, and advisory purposes, while ensuring proper attribution to the researchers to protect their intellectual rights.
Application Procedures
To apply for the grant, please follow these steps:
- Complete and submit the attached application form.
- The association’s designated committee will review the proposal in terms of its topic and scientific methodology.
- A recommendation will be submitted to the Board of Directors to approve funding and determine the grant amount, not exceeding 10,000 SAR.
- A funding agreement will be signed between the association and the researcher based on the approved terms.
- The full grant amount will be disbursed upon fulfilling the grant eligibility conditions, which include: publication of the research, proper acknowledgement of the association, and presentation of the findings at a scientific event.
