Strategic Partnerships

The Association looks forward to establishing long-term partnerships based on mutual understanding and shared interests with a variety of entities, including universities and higher education institutions, chambers of commerce, business incubators and accelerators, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), companies, and nonprofit organizations. To achieve success, the Association requires a range of capabilities and resources, including: · In-depth knowledge of business ethics across different sectors. · The ability to effectively reach targeted customer segments, including individuals (students, job seekers, and employees) and organizations. · Innovation in designing awareness and marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience. · Effective use of technology for communication and service delivery, and the development of stakeholder databases including beneficiaries and collaborators.

· Building partnerships with government agencies, universities, successful small and medium enterprises, business ethics experts and specialists, and grant-making institutions. · Securing the necessary funding to design and implement the services the Association intends to offer to clients and beneficiaries.
